Coordinate Your Product, Printing and Packaging Requirements
Buying packaging starts with the product it will hold. Cup format, capacity, material, closure and service conditions need to work together. A clear specification makes it easier to compare suitable options and avoid ordering a cup and lid that have not been checked as a combination.
YKZTPACK supplies paper cups, paper food containers and related packaging. Our company was established in 1995, and paper packaging production began in 2000. Tell us your application and order requirements so the team can review appropriate product options, printing and sample arrangements.
For standard products, the general MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Custom artwork, logos and exclusive specifications normally require 50,000 pcs. Product suitability, sample arrangements and the production schedule are confirmed for each project.
Packaging Formats by Product and Application
Choose a starting format, then confirm material, capacity, lid and printing requirements.

Ice Cream Paper Cups
Choose the cup format, capacity and matching closure for your dessert range.

Calippo Tubes & Lids
Confirm filling volume, closure format and artwork for your ice cream tube.

Paper Coffee Cups
Compare single-wall, double-wall and ripple-wall formats for beverage service.

Ice Cream Cone Sleeves
Coordinate sleeve dimensions and printing with the cone you use.

Paper Food Boxes
Discuss food type, portion size, structure and packing requirements.

PET Cold Drink Cups
Keep PET material identity clear and confirm the required lid combination.

Custom Printed Cups
Review artwork, cup structure and order quantity before production approval.

Matching Lids & Accessories
Confirm compatibility against the selected product and actual sample.
Details That Support a Clear Packaging Specification
Board weight, barrier, printing method, finishing, inspection and packing are fixed per SKU, so the cup you approve is the cup that arrives — from 2 oz espresso cups to 32 oz sharing tubs.

Heavier Board, up to 350 gsm
Cup stock is specified up to 350 gsm, so the wall keeps its shape in the hand and under a lid. Heavier paperboard takes a clean rolled rim, resists bulging on hot fills and holds print registration tight on long runs.

Food-Grade Printing: Flexo or Offset
Flexo printing covers high-volume runs, while food-grade offset printing reproduces fine detail, small type and smooth gradients. Both use food-safe inks on the print side, with colour targets, ink coverage and printable area confirmed against your approved artwork.

Seven Paper and Barrier Options
PE-coated kraft paper, PLA-coated paper, plastic-free water-based coated paper, PE-coated white paper, aluminium foil paper, gold foil paper and food-grade white card. Each structure is matched to the barrier your fill, storage and shelf-life target actually needs.

Hot Foil Stamping and Embossing
Hot foil stamping in gold, silver or a custom metallic shade, plus blind embossing and registered embossing, lifts a logo off the paper. Surface finishing is quoted per SKU so the effect stays identical from the first carton to the last.

Smooth Rolled Rim, Formed at High Speed
A smooth rolled rim seats the lid, protects the lip and stays comfortable to drink from. Cups are formed on high-speed machines with in-line monitoring, which is what keeps wall thickness, rim diameter and cup height repeatable carton after carton.

Leak-Proof Bottom, 100% Inspected
Every cup bottom is formed and sealed, then passed through defect-detection equipment so leakers are taken out before packing. Bottom diameter and seal integrity are checked against the approved sample, not against a similar nominal size.

Tested, Certified and Documented
Food-contact and material safety documentation covers FDA requirements, PFAS screening through SGS testing, ISO 9001 quality management, FSC chain-of-custody paper and BSCI social compliance, with packaging also reviewed against EU PPWR requirements. Certificates and test reports are issued per product, material and destination market; scope, version and validity are confirmed before release.

Full Size Range: 2 oz to 32 oz
Single-wall and double-wall formats from 2 oz to 32 oz, in the diameters that match standard 90 mm and 73 mm lids. Dielines, top and bottom diameters, sleeve sizes and packed carton dimensions are supplied with the quotation.

In-House Design Support
Our design team turns your brief into print-ready artwork: dielines, colour separation, mock-ups and a physical proof of the cup, sleeve or lid before mass production. You approve the artwork revision that future reorders are produced from.

One-Stop Supply Chain
Cups, lids, sleeves, boxes and bags are produced, printed, inspected and packed under one roof, then consolidated into a single shipment. One contact, one schedule and one set of documents — which removes the time and cost of coordinating several suppliers.
Review the Artwork Before Printing
Printing requirements should be reviewed against the selected cup structure and printable area. Share the artwork, required colors and order quantity with the team. A production approval should identify the agreed design and specification so that future orders can refer to the same version.

Match the Cup and Lid as a Combination
A closure must be checked against the actual cup format. Confirm the rim, lid type, application and handling requirements together. Avoid assuming that similar nominal dimensions guarantee compatibility. Samples provide a practical opportunity to review the combination before the order is approved.
Keep Inspection Requirements Clear
We prepare a pre-production sample before mass production and perform final inspection according to the confirmed order requirements. Agree on the product specification, printing approval and packing requirements in advance. Any requested test documentation must be checked for the selected product, material and destination market.
